Our facility is located at No. 5 Tieta Road, Guyang Town Industrial Park, Dantu District, covering a total area of 20 acres with a modern production plant exceeding 8,000 square meters.

Strong Production Capacity & Integrated Supply Chain

We operate a comprehensive, one-stop industrial supply chain with advanced equipment, including:

• 4 leveling and longitudinal slitting lines.
  
• 4 IBC tube production lines.
  
• 3 stamping lines for metal accessories such as IBC base plates.
  
• 2 automated embossing lines for vertical tubes.
  
• 4 injection molding machines for the in-house production of plastic components, including baffles, corner guards, and top covers.
  

Capacity & Scale: Our Phase I design offers an annual capacity of 1.5 million sets with a monthly steel consumption exceeding 4,000 tons. Phase II is planned to reach an annual capacity of 2.5 million sets.

Our raw materials are sourced exclusively from premium galvanized sheets produced by major domestic steel mills.
